RT978(MT8227)机芯售后维修
MTK8227 方案 LCD TV 为面向国内市场的直下式 LED 背光液晶电视机, TV
支持 PAL/SECAM/NTSC3.58 制式。
TL2800 系列:LC-32TL2800。
一、安全说明
1.1 更换、焊接任何元器件和拨/插连接线时,必须将电源切断。
1.2 整个检修过程必须做好防静电措施:
a)不得随便用手触摸 IC;
b)使用防静电烙铁;
c)焊接工必须戴防静电手套。
1.3 更换具有特殊安全要求的元器件时,应参照明细表,不得随意更换规格和
型号。
注:在检修本机之时请严格遵守上述的安全说明。

三、基本工作原理:(整机的工作流程图附原理图)
1、模拟信号流程:
天线接收到的信号送入模拟高频头 UT5,高频头受主芯片 U1 (MT8227)
的 I2C 指令(SDA、SCL)控制,选择合适的频道,进行正确的制式切换,经高
放及混频后输出中频信号给 U1(MT8227),由主芯片内部对模拟中频进行数字化
处理。
U1(MT8227)包含 3 组独立音频信号输入,音频信号送入主芯片进行处理,
并直接输出音频信号 HP_L(PIN97)和 HP_R(PIN99)经过滤波分压到数字功
放 U506(PAM8006)进行放大,经低通滤波网络后驱动喇叭重现声音。
U1(MT8227)内建数字化中频放大电路,高频头 UT5 直接输出差分模拟中频,
经外部滤波网络后,进入 U1 (MT8227)时行 AD 转换,并进行数字中频处理,
输出图声信号、声音信号,把图象切换到数字解码 Decoder、图像缩放 SCALER、
OSD Merge(迭加)、Gamma 校正后,输出 LVDS 信号驱动液晶显示屏显示图象。
AV 信号、YPBPR 信号、VGA 信号经匹配电阻和滤波电路后进入主芯片内进行
视频开关切换、模数转换 ADC、数字解码 Decoder、图像缩放 SCALER、OSD Merge
(迭加)、Gamma 校正后,输出 LVDS 电平驱动液晶显示屏。
U1(MT8227)带一路AV输出,视频VDAC(PIN69)和音频Alineout_L(PIN96)
和Alineout_R(PIN98)

视频输入输出格式。它内置先进的 3D 梳状滤波器,电视解码可从复合信号中获

可支持高清图片(JPEG \ BMP)、音频 (MP3 \ WMA)和视频(AVI \ RM \ RMVB
