DESCRIPTION OF MANUAL OPERATION Naturally, this mechanism operates under microprocessor control, and manual operation may cause a trouble. However, manual operation will be necessary for repair, etc. and in such a case, perform as follows. 2.1.1 Position in Each Mode The mode can be oonfirmed from the fact that which marking written on the REEL PWB Ass'y the tab attaching to the OP PLATE Ass'y points out. 2.1.2 Manual Operation in Each Mode To move a mechanism manually in each mode, rotate the D GEAR by hand. (In such a case, wear gloves for easier operation and for protection of GEARS.) In a manual operation, take extreme care not to damage GEARS, and to prevent later malfunction of mechanism. To change mode from EJECT to other mode, rotate the D Gear in CCW direction as shown in figure. www. xiaoyu163. com QQ 376315150 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 TEL 13942296513 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 0 5 1 5 1 3 6 7 3 Q Q TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 14 D40-1132-05 MECHANISM DESCRIPTION Fig.1 Fig.2 2.2. OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION 2.2.1 PACK IN PLAY Pulling in a cassette tape (a) lnsert a cassette tape in the arrow direction as shown in Fig.1. (b) The Pack Slider is pushed, and the *EJECT LEVER Ass'y is moved via the PS |ACTUATOR PLATE as shown in Fig.2. (f) At this time, the OP PLATE Ass'y has been locked by the EJECT LEVER Ass'y and therefore the EJECT LEVER rmoves, too. (Fig.3) (h)At the same time, a bent part of \CASSETTE CASE inserted in a slot of EJECT LEVER Ass'y shown in Fig.4 slides along the slot, so that the CASSEITE CASE lowers. (c) The *EJECT LEVER is pushed and the EJECT SW is turned OFF. (d) The microprocessor detects this and drives the CM2 SUB-MOTOR Ass'y. (e) The SUB-MOTOR Ass'y rotates CW, and a driving force is transmitted via 567B/C/D GEAR to move the &OP PLATE Ass'y. (g)The EJECT LEVER Ass'y moves the |PS ACTUATOR and ‘PACK SLIDER (reverse motion of (b) to pull in a cassette tape. www. xiaoyu163. com QQ 376315150 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 TEL 13942296513 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 0 5 1 5 1 3 6 7 3 Q Q TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 D40-1132-05 15 MECHANISM DESCRIPTION (i) On the other hand, the OP PLATE rotates the MODE SW because it meshes with the GEAR. Thus, the micro- processor detects the MODE SW and it stops the Sub Motor at the F PLAY (or R PLAY) position. (j) The cassette tape is placed in PLAY mode. Reel Rotation (k) As the OP PLATE moves, along its slot the (SB PLATE performs a seesaw motion in the center of A. Thus, the SB PLATE reciprocates the 4MAIN PLATE in arrow directions. (l) As the MAIN PLATE moves, the 9PG PLATE moves like a seesaw along the Z-shaped slot and the slot in the Chassis. (m)The =P GEAR on PG PLATE meshes with …REEL Ass'y and ‚FL CAPSTAN Ass'y. (In the order of 123) www. xiaoyu163. com QQ 376315150 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 TEL 13942296513 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 0 5 1 5 1 3 6 7 3 Q Q TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 MECHANISM DESCRIPTION (n) The MAIN MOTOR Ass'y drives the FL CAPSTAN Ass'y via the belt, and consequently the FL CAPSTAN Ass'y rotates the REEL Ass'y. Head UP and Pinch Roller (o) The @HEAD PANEL Ass'y is moved by the OP PLATE while the HP GUIDE PIN Shown in figure slides along the slot in OP PLATE, then the HEAD moves UP. (p) When the HEAD PANEL is placed at the PLAY position, the boss of PR ACTUATOR is locked by the MAIN PLATE and the PR Actuator is swung to the F side (or R side). (q) At the same time, the PR SPRING is also swung, so that the PINCH ROLLER is pushed against the CAPSTAN. (r) The CAPSTAN is driven as shown in step(n), and therefore the PINCH ROLLER pushed against the Capstan pulls the tape to feed it out by means of this pinching force. (b) At the position shown in figure, the *EJECT LEVER Ass'y is locked so that it moves together with the OP PLATE Ass'y. (c) The \CASSETTE CASE is moved up along a slot of EJECT LEVER in reverse motion of EJECT PLAY. (d) The |PS ACTUATOR PLATE is pushed by the EJECT LEVER Ass'y, then it rotates to push out the PACK SLIDER. (e) Thus, a cassette tape is pushed out by the ‘PACK SLIDER. 2.2.3 Direction Change (a) Which direction FWD or REW should be changed to is determined by the microprocessor that has saved current mode according to the MODE SW position, then the CM2 SUB MOTOR is rotated CW (REW FWD) or CCW (FWD REV). (b) The &OP PLATE is moved via 567B/C/D GEAR. (c) Two modes FWD and REV are attained by the OP PLATE that reciprocates as shown in figure, and accordingly, the (SB PLATE moves like a seesaw along this slot to recip- rocate the 4MAIN PLATE. (d) Hence, FWD (or REV) motion is executed by the operation after step m) in 2.2.1(l). www. xiaoyu163. com QQ 376315150 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 TEL 13942296513 9 9 2 8 9 4 2 9 8 0 5 1 5 1 3 6 7 3 Q Q TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 TEL 13942296513 QQ 376315150 892498299 D40-1132-05 18 MECHANISM DESCRIPTION 2.2.4 FF/REW (FF from PLAY; REW in parentheses) (a) The CM2 SUB MOTOR rotates CCW to drive the &OP PLATE via A GEAR and then 567B/C/D GEAR.
